Do I have to change my email address?
No. AllMailHub isn’t a new email provider. Your addresses at Gmail, Outlook & co. stay where they are – we just bring them together in one place.
What does the AI do with my data?
Speech recognition runs on your phone; no audio is uploaded. Only the dictated text is sent for polishing – without recipients, subject or earlier conversation. You can switch the AI off in the settings at any time.
I’ve been using Gmail to collect my mail. What changes?
Google is ending Gmailify and POP fetching from other accounts. After that, Gmail no longer collects your other mailboxes. In AllMailHub you connect every address directly – your Gmail account included.
Do Gmail and Outlook work?
Yes. You connect Gmail with an app password, Outlook and Hotmail through the secure Microsoft sign-in. We guide you step by step.
Will my emails be deleted or moved?
