Connect Outlook, Hotmail and Live
For addresses at outlook.com, hotmail.com and live.com you sign in with Microsoft directly. You do not need an app password.
Step by step
- Pick Outlook in the setup assistant or under “Add account”.
- You are taken to the Microsoft sign-in page. Sign in with your Microsoft account there, two-step verification included.
- Confirm that AllMailHub may access your mailbox. You return to AllMailHub automatically, and your mail starts loading.
Good to know
- AllMailHub never sees your Microsoft password. Microsoft only gives us an access key for your mailbox.
- You can revoke that access at any time in your Microsoft account, among the apps that have access to it.
- For work accounts on Microsoft 365, your IT department may restrict access by apps such as AllMailHub.
