Getting started

Connect your first mailboxHow to connect your first email account to AllMailHub: create an account, pick your provider, sign in. We detect the server settings for you.
Do I need a new email address?No. AllMailHub is not a new email provider. Your addresses at Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and others stay as they are, and no forwarding is needed.
How the Newsletter Center worksThe Newsletter Center shows every newsletter from your mailboxes on one page, with frequency and unread count. Unsubscribe with one click.

Connect Gmail (with an app password)Connect Gmail to AllMailHub: create an app password in your Google Account and enter it in the assistant. Includes IMAP and SMTP server settings.
Connect Outlook, Hotmail and LiveAddresses at outlook.com, hotmail.com and live.com connect with your Microsoft sign-in. You do not need an app password.
Connect Yahoo MailConnect Yahoo Mail to AllMailHub: generate an app password in your Yahoo account security and enter it in the assistant. Server settings included.
Connect iCloud MailConnect iCloud Mail to AllMailHub: create an app-specific password at Apple and enter it. For addresses ending in @icloud.com, @me.com and @mac.com.
Connect AOL MailConnect AOL Mail to AllMailHub: generate an app password in your AOL account security and enter it in the assistant. Includes IMAP and SMTP settings.
Connect Zoho MailConnect Zoho Mail to AllMailHub: turn on IMAP access in your Zoho Mail settings and sign in. Includes server settings per data center.
Connect FastmailConnect Fastmail to AllMailHub: create an app password under Privacy & Security in your Fastmail settings and enter it. Includes server settings.

Connect GMXConnect a GMX mailbox to AllMailHub: allow IMAP access in your GMX settings, then sign in with your address and password. All server settings included.
Connect WEB.DEConnect a WEB.DE mailbox to AllMailHub: enable IMAP access in your WEB.DE settings and sign in with your address and password. Server settings included.
Connect T-OnlineConnect a T-Online mailbox to AllMailHub: set an email password for email programs in the Telekom Email Center and enter it. Server settings included.
Connect OrangeConnect an Orange mailbox (orange.fr, wanadoo.fr) to AllMailHub: turn on POP/IMAP and create a password for email programs. Includes server settings.
Connect SFRConnect an SFR mailbox (sfr.fr, neuf.fr) to AllMailHub: sign in with the address and password of your SFR mail. Includes IMAP and SMTP settings.

Why are credentials stored?AllMailHub stores your mailbox credentials encrypted, so new mail arrives even when you are signed out. This is how we protect them.
Export your dataDownload a copy of your emails, contacts and account data from AllMailHub at any time, as a ZIP archive with emails in MBOX format.
Cancel your plan or delete your accountHow to cancel a paid plan or delete your AllMailHub account. Deletion can be revoked for 30 days, and your mailboxes stay as they are.
