Connect your first mailbox
AllMailHub lets you read and write the mail from all your mailboxes in one place. Your first mailbox is connected in a few minutes.
Step by step
- Create a free AllMailHub account and confirm your email address with the link we send you.
- The setup assistant starts after your first sign-in. Pick your email provider there, for example Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo or iCloud.
- Enter the email address and password of that mailbox. For Gmail, iCloud and Yahoo this is an app password; for Outlook you sign in with Microsoft directly.
- AllMailHub detects the server settings, checks the connection and loads your messages. The newest emails usually appear within seconds.
Adding more mailboxes
Connect more accounts under Settings, “Connected accounts”, with “Add account”. The free plan includes up to three mailboxes; Plus, Pro and Max include more.
Every account gets its own colour, so you can tell at a glance where an email arrived in the shared inbox.
If signing in fails
- Check whether your provider requires an app password (Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo) or wants IMAP access switched on first (GMX, WEB.DE, T-Online).
- The guides for each provider list the most common causes and the right server settings.
